The benefits of adopting the contract labour system in health care sector is because of zero responsibility in regulating the fulfillment of statutory requirements our motto is to reduce the liability of the principal employer by providing the facilities under the provision of law in contract labour system & as per the rules & regulations of the contractual obligations, since we regulate the payment of salary ,PF ,ESIC,dues of every month ,by giving this facility which result for no permanency claim by labour with principal employer and also avoid undue labour problems.
